People said the Greens were not 'house trained' and this is proof. We can see how they accept criticism, they don't. These autoritarian fascists are not what they seem. Remember the Nazis were into nature worship, banned hunting, and were generally like the Greens in many ways. It's a good thing they will disappear after the next election. They are more dangerous than pathetic.

Dear Santa - please send me a bloody electoral cull of treehugging gobdaws in 2010... and let the bus drivers whose redundancies they voted for and whose dole payments they then voted to slash have the front row seats and an open bar...
F@@@in almost makes me want to emit more CO2

I'm in danger of losing the rag again as I write, but this whole episode really really annoyed me. People who should know better, who are directly affected by these cut were going 'hehe, did you see Gogarty telling someone in the Dail to fuck off. Here, I'll show you on me iPhone, someone sent me the video to my facebook page. Ah sure, fair dues, its time someone in the Dail said what they honestly felt'. I also made the mistake of listening to him justify himself on the Marian Funican show on Saturday. He said he was moved by passion, and that he justified voting for an 'unfair' bill because of what the Green's got in the Programme for Govt. It was at that point that I punched the radio...

I don't like to curse when the kids are within earshot.

"Well, perhaps we need more feisty politicking"

the debate was about welfare cuts, and Gogarty's answer to the Labour party's criticism of those cuts was "fuck you." Not only did he say it, he showed it with his vote as well. There's nothing feisty about voting to tax the poor to fund the rich. That's just being a cunt.

Well, perhaps we need more feisty politicking in Dáil Éireann to show that there are actually living human entities in those benches. Seems to me that the 'independent' TDs (for instance) are anybody's, disgracefully playing a bog-level parish-pump politics which should have nothing to do with a modern Ireland.
